2012 Vintage 35 Pinot Noir

Vintage 35 is the culmination of all we have learned since our first commercial vintage in 1978. We believe it represents the pinnacle of viticulture and winemaking in the Willamette Valley’s Chehalem Mountains. This 2012 vintage is just the fourth time we have produced a wine in this series, as it should be produced only in years of true distinction and from the most exquisite lots that speak of their place and the vintage.
The 1,044 bottles of Vintage 35 come from the five most exceptional barrels in our cellar, using fruit from Adelsheim estate vineyard, Bryan Creek (96%, Block 3, Pommard clone) and Calkins Lane (4%, Block 1, clone 115). It has greater density, intensity, length and longevity than any other wine we produced in the vintage and is in a class of its own.
