Elizabeth Clark

Direct-to-Consumer Associate

Elizabeth joined Adelsheim's cellar harvest crew in 2016 and stayed on to join our consumer sales team, sharing her hands-on knowledge of winemaking with our hospitality staff and guests. She is a native of Wisconsin (yes, a Packer's fan)  and a graduate of the culinary program at Johnson and Wales University in North Carolina. Her studies took her to Italy where she first fell in love with the culture of wine. This visit prompted her to move to Oregon to pursue a career in the wine industry where shes since been a cellar and vineyard worker, a wine lab tech and tasting room associate. 

When not at the winery, Elizabeth likes to kick back with a great book, great food, and great wine. She loves the beach and plans to continue her travels to explore the world.
